Bungalows - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Art. 1 – It’s compulsory to get the authorization issued by the Direction and subsequent legal registration before entering. Entrance is only allowed to vacationers. Guests are admitted only by registered authorization made by the Direction. People found with no authorization will be reported to the local police.
Art. 2 – Booking conditions, cancellation and express termination clause are regularly indicated in the pages of our website along with the acceptance. So, by signing up, you declare to accept Terms and Conditions.
Art. 3 – As he takes possession of the bungalow, the vacationer is required to verify all the housing equipment; Any missing object attested in the final control of the equipment or any damage to the facility or part of it will be charged.
Art. 4 – Vacationers have to provide directly for bath and kitchen clothes. The bungalow has to be vacated and carefully cleaned by 10 o’clock of the departure day (after that hour the whole daily rating will be charged) and it shouldn’t be occupied before 5 p.m. of the first day of stay.The minimal stay is of 2 nights. A 20% increase will be applied to the daily rating for a stay of less than one week. Key money on facility and equipment € 100,00. The ratings include electricity 220V 10 A, water, gas, car fees and everything indicated in the tariff listing.
Art. 5 – One single vehicle for one single house is admitted and it will be parked in the allowed place provided for this purpose (with no safekeeping fee). If the vehicle is being parked out of the allowed place (of the areas planned for this purpose), the Direction is authorized to tow the vehicle away with consequent charge.
Art. 6 - Deposits in security cases from 9.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
Art. 7 – The entry rail will be closed from noon to 7 a.m. and from 1.30 p.m. to 4 p.m. During these hours, all circulation, entry or exit by vehicles is absolutely forbidden; from 1.30 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 1 a.m. to 8.30 a.m., vacationers are required to respect silence. For special events in the e vening these hours may be submitted to modification.
Art. 8 – The Direction-Reception-Cash desk offices (even receipt payment) wil be open from 8 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.; Out of these hours, this office is responsible only for the control and guarding of the village entrance.
Art. 9 – Except for emergencies, direct calls to vacationers are not allowed; urgent coming calls will be communicated in time by a loudspeaker, but not in the rest hours; it’s up to the vacationer to make sure of letters lying at the reception.
Art. 10 – Vacationers should take care of their objects. The direction cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft to their private objects except for the objects left in trust with relative issue of a receipt. The company is released from any deposit and/or safekeeping obligation.
Art. 11 – In case of a power cut made by Enel or circumstances beyond our control, the Direction disclaims all responsability and it is not bound to any refund.
Art. 12 – Vehicle speed in the camping ground should not exceed 10 Km/h
Art. 13 – Vacationers should respect the green, the ground and the village hygienics and cleansing; possible damages will be charged.
Art. 14 – Dogs and other pets admission is at the discretion of the direction. If admitted, dogs have to be kept on the lead and muzzled; on arrival, please exhibit their health certificate.
Art. 15 – The garbage should be well-closed in bags and put in the containers placed in the parking area during the hours indicated on the specific signs; Out of these hours, it should be put in the contaniers placed at the entry of the village. These ones should be always used for all fish dregs or any other smelling food.
Art. 16 – The access to the beach is submitted to the manager’s regulations.
Art. 17 – The non-compliance of these rules or any behaviour (only on unappealable judgement of the direction) damaging the harmony and the spirit of the place may cause the dismissal from the village as an unwelcome guest, (after payment of the actual period of stay) with qualification of the Direction to ask refund for possible damages and prejudice.
Art. 18 – According to the 196/2003 Italian Law, after reading the information about the treatment of my personal data along with my signature, the client entitles also the direction to send to his/her domicile brochures and promotional leaflets and to communicate the data concernig my stay in order to allow the service of incoming calls and messages addressed to me.
Art. 19 – Damages caused by vacationers, relatives or guests to the equipment are chargeable to the person responsible for the contract and/or entry card. The direction disclaims all responsability for damages to people or things caused by any improper or unauthorized use of the equipment. Parents or any other person having minors in care are responsible for them for all the lenght of the stay.
Art. 20 – By setting your signature, you accept the data reported on the back, as well as the present tariffs of the stay exposed in Acceptance. |
